  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and set it aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, protein powder, mashed chickpeas, and egg whites. Mix until well incorporated.
