  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Begin by roughly chopping the white fish fillets into small chunks and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, egg, green onions, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until you have a coarse mixture.
