  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Pepper
  • 30 pieces Dumpling wrappers
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Drain and crumble the tofu into a large mixing bowl using your hands or a fork.

Add the ground chicken or turkey to the bowl with the tofu.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and grate the ginger, then add to the meat and tofu mixture.

Step 4

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Chop the green onions finely and add them along with the egg to the mixture.
