  • 40 grams Whey protein powder, unflavored

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 as needed Coconut oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch in size.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg whites until frothy.
