  • 1 medium, diced onion
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
