  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole grain pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and season lightly with half of the salt and pepper.
