  • 120 milliliters unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 grams greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies
  • 60 grams powdered sugar
  • 15 milliliters water
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla protein powder, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix the almond milk, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in half of the crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies.
