  • 100 grams Cooked turkey breast
  • 100 grams Cooked chicken breast
  • 3 slices Cooked bacon
  • 1 whole Hard-boiled egg
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or margarine

Directions

Step 1

Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Step 2

While the bacon is cooking, hard-boil the egg. Boil for about 8-10 minutes, then cool under running water and peel.

Toast the bread slices until golden brown. Spread a light layer of butter or margarine on each slice.
