Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, black pepper, and dried oregano to create a creamy, protein-rich spread.

Lay out the slices of whole grain bread. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on all slices, ensuring each slice is fully covered.

On two slices of bread, layer two slices of sharp cheddar cheese and two slices of turkey breast evenly on top of the spread.
