  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, black beans, cooked quinoa, green bell pepper, and red onion.

Add cumin, chili powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the spices.
