  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste.

Step 2

Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala, ground cumin, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to combine all the spices with the beef.
