  • 1 cup warm water

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, whey protein powder, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water, egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 to 7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Form it into a ball.
