Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
