  • 1 large, beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons besan (chickpea flour)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, for cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground chicken with finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chili.

Add the spices: garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to distribute the spices evenly throughout the mixture.
