  • 1 large Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach

  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a mallet or rolling pin to ensure they cook evenly.
