  • 300 grams ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs

  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 30 grams chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with some olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, ground chicken, and eggs.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
