  • 50 grams bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, and bread crumbs until well-mixed.

Step 2

Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef mixture. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Step 3

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a thin patty.

Cut the cheddar cheese into 4 equal pieces.

Place a piece of cheese in the center of 4 of the patties.
