  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 stalks scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cleaning the chicken thighs with the juice of a lime and water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
