Ingredients

  • 500 grams Broccoli florets
  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 grams Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 250 grams Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 200 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they're browned but not necessarily cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until they are bright green and tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Drain well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth.
