Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, grated ginger, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated beef to the hot pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
