Ingredients

  • 1 large Ripe banana
  • 1 cup Milk (or plant-based milk)

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth using a fork or potato masher.
