Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (unflavored, plant-based or whey)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Drain the silken tofu and measure out 0.5 cup.

Step 2

In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.

Step 3

Peel and mince the fresh ginger and add 1 teaspoon to the blender.

Step 4

Add the minced garlic clove to the mixture.

Step 5

Add 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of protein powder to the other ingredients.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of water to help blend the mixture.
