  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Begin by finely chopping the red bell pepper and red onion and grating the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground lean beef, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, grated garlic, and chopped parsley.

Add the crushed red pepper flakes, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly, ensuring all spices and vegetables are well distributed.
