Ingredients

  • 200 grams Green beans
  • 60 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 30 grams Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 120 milliliters Unsweetened almond milk
  • 50 grams Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 120 grams Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the ends of the green beans. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Pour the almond milk into a separate shallow bowl and place the panko breadcrumbs in another shallow bowl.

Step 4

Dip each green bean into the flour mixture, then into the almond milk, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs. Place the coated beans on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Step 5

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the coated green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the beans are golden and crispy.

Step 6

While the green beans are air-frying, prepare the spicy cucumber ranch dip. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

Step 7

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, hot sauce, and chopped fresh dill. Stir until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 8

Serve the crispy green beans immediately with the spicy cucumber ranch dip on the side. Enjoy!
