Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 0.33 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 24 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 pieces Large eggs
  • 8 ounces Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars (melted)
  • 0.5 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 cup Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.

Step 3

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.

Step 5

Add eggs, one at a time, to the cream cheese mixture, beating well after each addition.

Step 6

Divide the batter evenly into three separate bowls for the three layers.

Step 7

To one bowl, add the melted Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars and mix until fully incorporated. Pour this layer over the prepared crust and smooth the top.

Step 8

To the second bowl of batter, add the Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and mix well. Pour this layer over the milk chocolate layer, carefully spreading it evenly.

Step 9

To the third bowl, add the Hershey's Cocoa Powder and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Pour this layer over the semi-sweet chocolate layer and smooth the top.

Step 10

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggles when shaken.

Step 11

Turn off the oven, crack the oven door slightly, and allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

Step 12

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 13

Before serving, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and use it to garnish the top of the cheesecake. Optionally, sprinkle with additional chocolate shavings or drizzle melted chocolate on top.

Step 14

Release the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
