  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 36 pieces Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar (for rolling)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
