Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 50 grams All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, minced

  • 15 grams Dill, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks Scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, and all-purpose flour. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic, parsley, dill, scallions, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to distribute the herbs and seasoning evenly throughout the chicken mixture.
