  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large rolls (halved) Ciabatta bread
  • 1 cup Arugula (rocket)
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic aioli

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
