Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and halve them if they are larger than bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the 1 teaspoon of salt and the baby potatoes. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
