Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 4 Lemons
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
  • 6 Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, the granulated sugar, and the rosemary sprigs. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow the rosemary to infuse. Remove from heat, discard the rosemary sprigs, and let the syrup cool to room temperature.

While the syrup cools, juice the lemons. Strain the juice into a large pitcher to remove seeds or pulp.
