Directions

Step 1

Remove the London broil from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar to create a marinade.
