  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Remove the turkey giblets, rinse the turkey inside and out, and pat it dry with paper towels.

Loosen the skin of the turkey by gently sliding your fingers between the skin and the meat, being careful not to tear the skin.
