Directions

Step 1

Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.

While the steaks are coming to room temperature, prepare the herb mixture. Finely chop the rosemary and thyme leaves, mince the garlic cloves, and combine them in a small bowl.

Rub the steaks on both sides with olive oil, then season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
