Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish, and melt it in the oven. This should take about 2-3 minutes—keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn’t burn.

Step 3

Once melted, remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the melted butter. Use a spoon or your fingers to press the crumbs down gently, forming an even crust.

Step 4

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust, making sure it covers the entire surface.

Step 5

Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the condensed milk layer, followed by the butterscotch chips, chopped nuts, and sweetened shredded coconut.

Step 6

Use the back of a spatula to press down the layers gently so they adhere together.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the coconut is toasted.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. This will help them set properly.

Step 9

Once cooled, cut the cookies into square bars and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
