Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe avocados
  • 1 cup Shelled pistachios (unsalted)
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

1. Place 3/4 cup of shelled pistachios in a food processor or blender and pulse until finely ground. Reserve the remaining 1/4 cup of pistachios for garnish or mix-ins.

2. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

3. Add the ground pistachios, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and sea salt to the blender or food processor with the avocados. Blend until smooth and creamy.
