  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • 15 ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces canned corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the ground turkey to the pot, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until completely browned, about 5-7 minutes.
