  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup dried small pasta (such as ditalini or elbow)
  • 2 cups spinach or kale, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon (or to taste) freshly ground black pepper
  • 0 grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
