  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 0 Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients by dicing the onion, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Mince the garlic.
