Ingredients

  • 500 grams low-fat plain Greek yoghurt
  • 125 grams fresh blueberries
  • 125 grams fresh raspberries
  • 125 grams fresh blackberries
  • 30 grams unsalted chopped almonds
  • 15 grams chia seeds
  • 15 ml pure honey
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 4 leaves fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, add the low-fat plain Greek yoghurt and stir in vanilla extract and honey until well combined.

Step 2

Wash and pat dry the blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Step 3

In four serving glasses or bowls, layer a few spoonfuls of the yoghurt mixture at the bottom of each glass.

Step 4
