  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (optional or reduce as needed for low-sodium diets)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for brushing)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, grind the rolled oats until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency. Set aside.
