Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or a non-stick skillet to medium heat.

Step 2

Spread the mashed avocado evenly on one side of each slice of whole grain bread.

On one slice of avocado-spread bread, layer the turkey slices, baby spinach, tomato slices, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
