  • 0.25 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Whole-grain sandwich rolls
  • 1 medium Ripe avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Low-fat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 teaspoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 0.5 medium Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 cups Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cups Leafy greens (arugula, spinach, or romaine)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, cumin powder, garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix with your hands or a spatula until well incorporated.

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about 1 cm thick. Set aside.

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan.
