Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 6 pieces ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries to remove the stems.

Step 2

In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla plant-based protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and ice cubes.

Step 3

Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
