Ingredients

  • 2 cups Low-fat plain kefir (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries

  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds (optional)
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems.

Step 2

In a blender, add the low-fat kefir, fresh strawberries, raw honey or pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using).

Step 3

Add the ice cubes to the blender to make the drink cooler and slightly slushier in consistency.

Step 4
