Ingredients

  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 4 cups Swiss chard

Directions

Step 1

Wash the kale, spinach, and Swiss chard thoroughly. Remove tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice into a small bowl, removing any seeds.
