Ingredients

  • 500 grams cremini (baby bella) mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Wipe the cremini mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt and then cut them in half. For very large mushrooms, cut them into quarters.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves finely and chop the fresh thyme and rosemary.
