Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the fennel bulbs by removing the stalks and fronds, reserving some fronds for garnish if desired.

Cut the bulbs in half lengthwise, and then slice each half into wedges, about 1/2 inch thick.
