Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean ground turkey
  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium, finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 medium, finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 15 ml olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, egg, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
