  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the whole-grain pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes or until it starts to soften.
