  • 1 pound Lean ground beef (95% lean)

  • 1 large Red bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1 cup Low-sodium beef broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Remove the beef from the skillet and drain any excess fat.
